Shipping policy

Each FaithCorner product is handcrafted only for you and we work with different manufacturers worldwide. This is the reason for the delivery times below. Keep in mind that that is also the reason we are able to offer such amazing pricing on our products.

We process orders Monday through Friday, Pacific Standard time. We exclude holidays observed by the Post Office: New Year’s Day, Presidents’ Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.

Production Time: All orders are processed within 3-5 business days before shipment.

Shipping Time: Once your item/s is dispatched, the estimated delivery time is:

  • USA: 7-15 business days
  • Rest of the world: 14-20 business days

Please note:

  1. The majority of our orders are processed and shipped within the time frame we offer above. However, the time period above is only approximate and can differ in individual cases. Some items/orders may require a longer ship-out and/or delivery time frame.
     
  2. International orders: It may take additional days if orders have to go through customs. We have no influence on the customs process and apologize for any inconvenience due to delivery delays resulting from this.
     
    Orders placed from Puerto Rico, Guam, and Hawaii will take 7-10 days more than other US states.
     
  3. Large orders can not be shipped to the PO Box address and will be shipped separately to ensure safe delivery. Free shipping policies are not applied.
     
  4. Delivery to military regions is currently limited. We are very sorry for the inconvenience.

Shipping Fee:

We ship worldwide. We provide a variety of shipping costs, it depends on the weight of each item, the number of items in your order, and also the location where the order is shipped to. The shipping cost will be calculated at Checkout.

We offer free shipping on orders over $200.

Order Tracking:

An email with the tracking number will be sent to you as soon as your order is shipped. The delivery service will also provide the Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA) as well as all the required information to track your package. Please allow 5-7 days for the carrier to scan your package into their system.

If your tracking number isn't getting any updates within the standard time frame above, please contact our customer support. We will help you locate your order.

Importing duties, taxes, and unexpected charges will not be included in our shipping fee. These charges vary from one country to another. We are not responsible for these additional fees. Please contact your country's customs office to resolve what these additional costs might be.
