I recieved the cross and I thought it didn't have the box with presentation of the verse and grandson from granny, I didn't see it in the top of the black box so I messaged that I was not satisfied but after inspecting the box i found the verse and place to put the cross and chain on it. It is very nice and I bought this for my 12 year old Grandson for Christmas. I am now pleased with it as the presentation was what I liked the.most!
