The plaque does not stand on its own base, the way it was presented in the picture. It would fall unless itâs supported from back by an object or by a separate stand! The base measures 1/2 inch which is aligned with the swans. The base should have been wider in order to carry and hold the swans.
To me, this product is misrepresented by the companyâs photo, misleading with poor quality!
This item should be taken off the shelf or presentation in the photo should be corrected, not to mislead the customers.
This was a gift, I ended up ordering a wooden easel from different company costing me $20 !
They apologized, and are going to refund me only 25% off its price. With tax, delivery and shipping this item cost me over $40 ( $42 or $47).
I will never trust this company and I will never order from this company again.

Ordered my flag for our Sunday School teacher on my IPhone 17 pro. I previewed banner before placing order. It showed â The Cole Familyâ exactly as typed it so I placed order. Got banner 2 weeks later. Banner displayed âThe Cole Family Familyâ. I immediately put in a contact us request for issue. Got confirmation. Next day get a email saying no free replacement because I typed âFamilyâ which doubles the word family. Never saw this on preview & what programmer would think itâs smart to program Family as auto fill on the order side? The response email from Faith Corner also said would knock off %30 if I reorder, but had an inflated price of $60, which put it back to the original price I paid. What a slap in the face from Christian Business!!! I went ahead & clicked on the link to just see if I had typed & previewed wrong. I had not. I typed in âThe Coleâ and thatâs all I saw. Typed in âThe Cole Familyâ and it DID NOT put family twice. Took pictures & sent it back in with my email response. Faithcorner website had a program error on its website. And the instructions NEVER said âdo not type Family which would double it. Programmer screwed up. But now if I go on your site this has been corrected and it will show family twice if you type it in once. So the error has been discovered & fixed. But I refuse to pay another $46 for another banner due to the website error & No instructions saying this would happen. As Christian I am not trying to get something for nothing and totally disappointed in either this AI generated email or a true customer service rep. Iâve asked for a Customer Service Manager to call me. Just got email saying give them 72 hours to investigate. Will not be satisfied unless a correct replacement is made free of charge and would NEVER order or tell anyone else to Order from Faihcorner if they donât own up to their mistake & correct order website for custom banners.

It's super nice, I guess my only disappointment would be It's pretty thin material and I think I will have to polyurethane it so it will hold up for years around weather. As it stands it's more an indoor product.
